Hydraulic bending

APHS Synchro is the most technologically advanced, accurate and highly productive model of press brakes. Automatic 18-axis back gauge system controlled by the most up-to-date controller software (Del, Esa/Kvara and Cybelec) is characterized by excellent bending angle precision. The machine operates by means of a pair of synchronized hydraulic cylinders that enable high bend and position accuracy regardless of pressure, oil temperature or bending force location.

For automated ram levelling and parallelism, two linear encoders are set on two sides of the ram. The machine uses either an electric WILA CNC or a hydraulic drive system for automatic compensation of the frame deflection proportionally to the machine length during the bending process which results in a consistent bending angle across the entire length of the machine and easy adjustment of the bending parameters, if necessary. A user-friendly programming system makes it easy to set up conical bending by the adjustment of parallelism parameters. The control software allows for setting the bending angle up to 0.1 degree resolution! The machine is equipped with automated HIWIN linear guide and ball screw, and adjustable pressure switch with display for simple control of tonnage setting.
